Such a great experience with two birds one stone! Even though their system had a glitch and they missed my order, when I called the day following what was supposed to be the delivery day they were so amazing to deal with. They apologized and immediately put together my order that day and had it delivered and also gave me a partial refund as an apology for being a day late. The flower arrangement was beyond gorgeous and my friend was completely blown away. I will definitely being ordering again - they did such a great job and dealt with their honest mistake so well! Very much appreciated their quick response!
A seasonal vase was dropped off yesterday to a friend celebrating a birthday. Thank you for the kind delivery service and the beautiful flower arrangement. She was very happy to have received them. :)
