Everything you need to go from flower farmer to confident wedding florist,  in one complete, no-fluff guide. Field to Forever is a 65-page operational playbook built specifically for growers, with real templates, real pricing, and real examples straight from a working farm wedding business.

You've got the flowers. Now let's build the business.

Maybe you've had a few people ask if you do weddings. Maybe you've said yes and figured it out on the fly. Maybe you've been offering weddings, but feel like your systems behind the scenes need refining...

Field to Forever was written for exactly that moment.

This is the guide I wish I'd had when I started taking wedding bookings on our farm. It's not theoretical. It's not generic business advice repackaged with some flowers on the cover. It's the actual system:  The pricing formula, the proposals, the contracts, the emails, the workflows, everything that I built through real seasons of real weddings, so you don't have to start from scratch.

What's Inside

65 pages covering every stage of your wedding business, from first click to final stem:

  • Social Media Strategy — how to show up online in a way that attracts the right clients and does quiet, consistent selling for you
  • Collabs — how to build relationships with photographers, venues, and other vendors that turn into a steady stream of referrals
  • Website — what your website actually needs to convert a curious visitor into a serious inquiry
  • Email Marketing — how to build and nurture a list of people who are already interested in what you grow
  • Booking Workflows — a step-by-step system so nothing falls through the cracks from inquiry to signed contract
  • Pricing — the exact formula we use, how to apply it, and how to stop second-guessing yourself every time you write a quote
  • The À La Carte Guide — how to build a price guide that does half your selling for you, sets client expectations, and attracts the kind of work you actually want
  • The Questionnaire — what to ask before you ever get on a call, and why it saves you hours
  • Client Communications — how to communicate professionally, warmly, and efficiently at every stage (with several email templates included)
  • Proposals — how to write a proposal that feels personal, looks polished, and makes it easy to say yes
  • Contracts — what needs to be in there and why (includes a real contract example from our business)
  • Lead Up — everything that happens in the weeks before the wedding to make sure you're ready
  • Sourcing Flowers — how to supplement your own production, where to source, and how to keep your costs in check
  • Day-Of — a realistic look at what wedding day actually looks like and how to prepare for it
  • The Work Behind the Beauty — the honest stuff: the hard parts, the lessons, and what makes it all worth it

Real Examples for Real Weddings.

This isn't a guide full of blank forms to fill in. It includes the actual tools from our business:

  • Our real pricing matrix and how we use it
  • Our real a la carte guide (priced list) we share with clients
  • A real client proposal (with notes on why it's structured the way it is)
  • Our email templates for every stage of the booking process
  • Our questionnaire, exactly as we send it
  • A real contract example you can learn from and adapt

You're not starting from zero. You're starting from something that already works.

This Guide Is For You If...

  • You're a flower farmer who wants to add weddings to your business (or do more of them)
  • You've taken weddings but feel like you need to build better systems and make a real profit
  • You're spending too much time on back-and-forth with clients and not enough time in the field
  • You're unsure what to charge and keep worrying you're leaving money on the table
  • You want a wedding business that feels sustainable, creatively and financially

This Guide Is NOT For You If...

  • You're looking for floral design instruction or how-to arranging tutorials
  • You want a generic business course that could apply to any industry
  • You're not willing to put in the work to build real systems in your business

A Note From Me

I built this business the slow way. No roadmap. No behind-the-scenes access to someone else’s numbers. Just dirt under my nails, spreadsheets on my kitchen table, weddings that stretched me, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I went.

I made expensive mistakes.

I underpriced.

I overdelivered.

I said yes when I should have said no.

I redesigned my systems more times than I can count.

And slowly, season by season I built something sustainable. A wedding-focused flower farm and design studio that supports my family, fuels my creativity, and actually works financially.

But here’s what I wish someone had handed me at the beginning:

  • Real numbers.

  • Real proposals.

  • Real pricing logic.

  • Real email templates.

  • Real boundaries.

  • Real strategy for growing for weddings, not just growing pretty flowers.

Because growing beautiful blooms and running a profitable wedding business are two very different skill sets.

Field to Forever is my attempt to give you the shortcut I never had.

This isn’t theory.

It’s not fluff.

It’s not recycled Pinterest advice.

It’s what actually works on a working flower farm designing real weddings.

If you’re willing to do the work, this guide will help you skip years of trial and error, and step into wedding work with clarity, confidence, and numbers that make sense.

I built this so you don’t have to learn everything the hard way like I did.
